Jake installed my Bosch dishwasher this past Saturday and did a very good job, particularly considering that I have an old house and he did run into some difficulties in the installation. However, he overcame those problems and the dishwasher is in and seems to be operating just fine.

Your installer, Mark, was professional and capable and easy to work with.  Our newly acquired motorhome had an incorrect choice of a standard microwave oven that was mis-installed by some obviously unqualified mechanic in an RV dealership.  His description of it was “creative installation.”   He made short work of getting it out and left us with a convection microwave oven installed the way it should have been.  For him it was part of the job but for us it was seeing the job done right and knowing we wouldn’t be making a callback.  We’re glad to know there are professional people operating in your industry, seeing that appliances are installed the way they should be.

Jake was the installer for our refrigerator, dishwasher and stove.  He called and confirmed the appointment and he was extremely professional about the removal of the old appliances and the hook up of the new ones.  He checked to make sure everything was working perfectly.  He was diligent in moving our old refrigerator carefully for recycle pick up. 

Jake is a great employee.

I got a new dishwasher from Spencer's.  David installed it December 30.  He did an excellent job!

My old dishwasher and electrical hookups were really old, and David had several things to change before he could put in a new dishwasher.  This took more time and knowledge than usual, I'm sure.

David's attitude was amazing!  He was so inspirational with his positive attitude!  We need more David's in this world!

  Comments : Dave came to install our dishwasher. But he didnt just do that and leave, he found a problem with our newly installed disposal, which was creating a problem with our dishwasher. He fixed it. He also noticed out newly installed fridge was making a noise indicating the water wasnt hooked up. I mentioned to him the installers said they didnt know how to hook the water line up and so, Dave fixed it! he was a lifesaver. We asked when he could move in! thanks for a great employee.

I just wanted to tell you what a great job Dave did on the installation of all my appliances on Saturday…They came 15 minutes early and were out of here in 2 hours after installing 4 appliances. 

 

Today, Mark came and installed another electrical plug that was needed for my microwave.  Again, he was early and was only here about 30 minutes.  (I work from home so I can’t tell you how great this was to have him in and out so quickly, and he even vacuumed up the sawdust from the drilling he did. )  Geez, where did you find these guys??  J

  Comments : Hello,  Dave was our installer for our new garbage disposal replacemnt.  He made absolutely sure there were no leaks associated with the new setup.  Hence we didn't have to do anything.  Took the old one with him.  My husband didn't have to lift a hand to help, which is what we needed; someone who would care as much as we would in getting a good job done.  Thanks for doing a job at a reasonable cost where we could afford to have someone else do the job.
