We just had a refrigerator and dishwasher installed yesterday by Matt and Jake. They did a wonderful job. The refrigerator presented some challenges and they were pleasant, professional and very careful on my home the whole time. I would highly recommend your company for appliance installs. One of the most pleasant installation processes my husband and I have been thru.  Matt was very professional and knowledgeable.  He called to let us know he was ahead of schedule and to make sure it was OK to deliver earlier.   I know all too often people do not bother to say "Thanks for the good job" but only put in a complaint.

Jake came over on Monday March 15th to install our new dishwasher.  Wanted to let you know how TERRIFIC he was!!!!!!  He was such a gentleman, made a "call-to" to let us know when he would arrive and he was prompt.  Jake was very PROFESSIONAL and courteous and showed me exactly how to use the Dishwasher explaining everything.  I feel that I just had to write this email because he is just a nice guy and a WONDERFUL technician!!!!!!!!! PLEASE I feel that you should give him a raise.  Great folks to work for you are hard to come by and you really have a WINNER there. I was extremely HAPPY with this young man!

Your installer Mark came to our home on Monday and installed a cook top.  I just wanted you to know that he was very knowledgeable.  He solved a slight problem of the cook top being a touch too small with ease.  He was respectful, quick and kind.  We appreciated his professionalism.

In fact he helped with the cleaning.

Mark not only did a GREAT JOB of installing my new over-the-stove microwave oven, he changed his busy schedule to accommodate mine.

When I bought the microwave, I told Spencer's "Thursday is completely open."   When I got home I learned that wasn't true but I didn't have a number to reach ASAP.   When Mark called on Thursday morning to give me a two-hour window (just as Spencer's said he would), I had to explain that Thursday would work only if it's after three o'clock.

He said he would adjust his schedule and try to fit me in on Thursday.  I explained that it didn't have to be Thursday...that really any day would be fine.  He said that Friday was a good day for him, and again he'd call that morning.

He called in the morning--and gave me the two-hour window.  He called later in the day to say they were running late but they would be here. 

I'm extremely happy with Mark's very friendly, neat and professional installation job...and with the way he kept in touch about the schedule.

I just received my new microwave and it was installed by Mark.  I'm extremely impressed with his professional attitude and technical kn ow-how.  I was very nervous as this was a "make it fit" situation, he not only soothed my edges he did the job as if it were no big deal AND it fits and looks great!!!
